What is a Virtual Assistant, and how can they help me?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a professional who provides administrative, creative, technical, and personal support services remotely. VAs can handle tasks like managing emails, scheduling, customer support, social media management, content creation, and much more, giving you more time to focus on your priorities.

What is a retainer package, and how does it work?

A retainer package is a pre-paid block of hours that you can use throughout the month, with a minimum commitment of 3 months. It ensures availability and allows you to plan your budget more easily. Any time spent on tasks, including briefing, is tracked to the nearest 15 minutes. Unused hours don’t roll over, so you always get the most value each month.

What happens if I need more hours than my package includes?

If you exceed your retainer hours, additional time can usually be arranged based on availability and billed at my standard hourly rate. Let me know as soon as possible if you anticipate needing extra support!

Can I book one-off tasks instead of a monthly package?

Yes! I offer ad-hoc services for those who need help with specific, one-off projects. This is a great option if you’re not ready for a monthly commitment but still need professional support.

How do you ensure my information is kept confidential?

Your privacy and confidentiality are my top priorities. I adhere to strict data protection practices and can provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required. Your information is safe with me. I am also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) .

What tools and software do you use?

I use a variety of tools depending on your needs, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management platforms like Asana or Trello, and design tools like Canva. If you have specific tools you prefer, I am happy to use those too.

Can I cancel my retainer package?

Yes, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice after the initial 3-month commitment. This ensures a smooth transition and allows us to wrap up any ongoing tasks.
